[RTC SCM] Large files can't be uploaded after server move

Georg Kellner (840479109) | asked Oct 09 '23, 6:36 a.m.

 Hi there,

we've moved our JAZZ environment from a IHS/WAS based environment on Win 2012 to a IHS/Liberty environment on Win 2019.

Now the users complain about failing uploads of large SCM data, one example around 800 MB.

The error message indicates a timeout from http server.

Are there any config parameters to be set in IHS and/or Liberty, to get the upload working?

The size limitation in RTC Advanmced Settings is set to 0, so there is no limit.

Greetings Georg.

I found the following message in the plugin.log

[XX.YY.195.28://ccm/service/com.ibm.team.filesystem.service.internal.rest.IFilesystemContentService] ws_common: websphereHandleRequest: Failed to handle request rc=6

The RTC server is located on the same host as the reverse proxy

I would suggest to open a case with support. If there would be a limit, you should get information in the UI, that the limit threshold was exceeded.
